By subscribing to a monthly membership, the Licensee agrees to use the embroidery files provided by PATCHBOYDARB LLC ("Licensor") for commercial purposes only while maintaining an active membership. The Licensee may modify and create physical products for sale but may not resell, share, or distribute the files in their original form. The Licensee does not own the files, and access is revoked if the membership ends. The Licensor may modify this agreement at any time. Payments are non-refundable.
